  • The structure, organization and code of the Software are the valuable trade secrets and confidential information of PROSTEP and its suppliers.

  • PROSTEP and Customer will comply with the data protection rules and regulations.

  • If PROSTEP becomes aware of any type of infringement, PROSTEP is entitled to termi- nate the rendering of services for the Customer immediately.

  • THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY PROSTEP AND ITS AFFILIATES AND STATES THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR PROSTEP, ITS AFFILIATES OR SUPPLIERS’ BREACH OF WARRANTY.

  • If PROSTEP suspects a misuse of passwords it will immediately inform the Customer.
