Prospectus Information means the information contained in (but not incorporated by reference in) any Prospectus, provided, however, that if any information that would otherwise constitute Pool Information or Prospectus Information is presented in any Furnished Term Sheets in a way that is either inaccurate or misleading in any material respect, such information shall not be Pool Information or Prospectus Information.

Prospectus Information means the information contained in (but not incorporated by reference in) any preliminary prospectus or preliminary offering memorandum, provided, however, that if any information that would otherwise constitute Pool Information or Prospectus Information is presented in the 8-K Information in a way that is either inaccurate or misleading in any material respect when read in conjunction with the Prospectus and would not be inaccurate or misleading in any material respect but for the manner in which such information is presented, such information shall not be Pool Information or Prospectus Information.
