Prospect(s) Data means information generated or accumulated by Foremost from any source, excluding Member Mailing List, regarding Prospect(s) including, but not limited to insurance applications, insurance policies, underwriting information, financial information, expiration dates, coverage, and other Prospect information.

Examples of Prospect(s) Data in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt the sum we may charge hereunder shall be exclusive of any discount which may have been applied to the supply of the Tele Prospects Data so that in assessing the said Charges we may multiply the total number of invoices which comprise the Charges by the total number of unauthorised uses to the date of payment.

  • One-Off mailing: a mailing (including SMS-Mobile) conducted by you by use of the Tele Prospects Data on a single occasion.

  • Manipulated Data: any Tele Prospects Data that has been Manipulated.

  • Manipulate: to combine or aggregate the Tele Prospects Data (wholly or in part) with other data or information or to adapt the Tele Prospects Data (wholly or in part).

  • In the event that there are less than 1,000 records in the Tele Prospects Data, you must mail or phone all the records in the Tele Prospects Data.

  • Order Form: the order form which accompanies and forms part of this agreement and which confirms details of Your Order including the constituent details of the Tele Prospects Data to be supplied by us and the Charges payable by you for the Services.
