Prospective Hire definition
Prospective Hire. An individual that the Offeror has committed to hiring if the Offeror is awarded the contract whose identity may not be known until after award.

Within 90 days following the date of this Agreement, and consistent with applicable law and any collective bargaining agreement, Seller shall provide Buyer with a definitive list of Prospective Hires, such list to contain the name, job classification, position, title, date of hire, current salary or wage, bargaining unit, primary exchange(s), work location, telephone number and last known address of each Prospective Hire.
