  • This Purchase Order sets forth the entire understanding between Proquire and Supplier with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes conflicting and additional terms, whether oral or written, on: (i) all prior agreements, arrangements and communications, (ii) all subsequent non-mutually executed forms or agreements, and (iii) on any Supplier portal that Proquire may use for Client registration or order placement.

  • For the resale of hardware Products, title will pass to Proquire upon delivery to Client.
