Proprietary Network means a telecommunications network that enables access, by way of a mobile device, a premium content service that is not otherwise generally available. Proprietary Network Service means a public mobile telecommunications service that enables customers to access a proprietary network. Rate Card, Rate Sheet, Rate Plans means our applicable rate or tariff schedule for the Services or any and all components of the Package as amended from time to time, copies of which are available on Our Website or by contacting Our customer service.
