Proprietary Model definition

Proprietary Model means the probability and risk analysis model developed by the Company Subsidiaries in the form utilized by the Company Subsidiaries at the Effective Date, subject to material modifications as agreed by Trenwick and Option Writer.
Proprietary Model means the proprietary model, as amended from time to time, used by the Counterparty to determine Hedging Costs and Protection Values (as defined below) and by reference to which the Counterparty marks its books and positions in respect of the Portfolio and other portfolios in respect of products similar to the Portfolio Commodity Swap.
Proprietary Model means the Protection Buyer’s trading model (which may be amended and/or updated from time to time) which is used regularly in its dealer activity on similar transactions to this Transaction.
