Proprietary Hardware definition

Proprietary Hardware means the proprietary hardware components owned by -------------------- ACSC, including, without limitation, any related Intellectual Property Rights and the hardware components identified on Exhibit A. 1.8 "Source Code" means software in human readable form that is not suitable for ----------- machine execution without the intervening steps of interpretation or compilation.
