Proprietary Formula definition

Proprietary Formula means the craft brew recipe currently in production Schedule A owned by Manufacturing and licensed to Brewery.
Proprietary Formula means the formula for an activated Chlorine Dioxide in an aqueous solution described in Schedule A owned by Eaucentrix and licensed to Boon.

  • Trade Secrets means information including, but not limited to, technical or nontechnical data, formulae, patterns, compilations, programs, devices, methods, techniques, drawings, processes, financial data, financial plans, product plans or lists of actual or potential customers or suppliers which (i) derives economic value, actual or potential, from not being generally known to, and not being readily ascertainable by proper means by, other persons who can obtain economic value from its disclosure or use, and (ii) is the subject of efforts that are reasonable under the circumstances to maintain its secrecy.

  • Qualified high-technology business means a business that is either of the following:

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Inventions means all discoveries, processes, designs, technologies, devices, or improvements in any of the foregoing or other ideas, whether or not patentable and whether or not reduced to practice, made or conceived by me (whether solely or jointly with others) during the period of my employment with the Company which relate in any manner to the actual or demonstrably anticipated business, work, or research and development of the Company, or result from or are suggested by any task assigned to me or any work performed by me for or on behalf of the Company.

  • Developed Technology means Proprietary Rights that (a) are first generated, conceived or reduced to practice, as the case may be, by Allergan or by any third party in the course of performing activities undertaken pursuant to the Research and Development Agreement or (b) are, in any manner, acquired by, or otherwise obtained on behalf of, ASTI during the term of the Research and Development Agreement from persons other than Allergan and are necessary or useful to the research, development or commercialization of ASTI Products or Pre-Selection Products.

  • Proprietary Marks shall also include all trade names, trademarks, symbols, logos, designs, etc., which are used in connection with the operation of the Retirement Community during the Term. The term "Proprietary Marks" shall include all present and future Proprietary Marks, whether they are now or hereafter owned by Operator or any of its Affiliates, and whether or not they are registered under the laws of the United States or any other country. The names "Marriott", "Forum" and "Marriott Retirement Community", and any of the foregoing used in conjunction with other words or names, are examples of Proprietary Marks.
