Proprietary Formula definition

Proprietary Formula means the craft brew recipe currently in production Schedule A owned by Manufacturing and licensed to Brewery.
Proprietary Formula means the formula for an activated Chlorine Dioxide in an aqueous solution described in Schedule A owned by Eaucentrix and licensed to Boon.
