Proprietary Data Agreement definition

Proprietary Data Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 19.1(h).

  • The Parties shall only share Proprietary Information under this Contract pursuant to an existing Proprietary Information Exchange Agreement (PIXA), Proprietary Data Agreement (PDA) or Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
