Proprietary Applications definition

Proprietary Applications shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(b) hereof.
Proprietary Applications means the Software that is owned by the Seller or the Non-Company Affiliates and licensed to Buyer and its Affiliates pursuant to the Software and Intellectual Property License Agreement.
Proprietary Applications means the Software owned by the Seller and used in the operation of the PPS Business, which Proprietary Applications are identified as such on Schedule 3.14(b) hereto and (iii) “Data Warehouse” means the database(s) and other information and data compilations owned and maintained by Seller on its servers and used in the PPS Business.

  • Technical Information means technical data or computer software, as those terms are defined in the clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, Rights in Technical Data-Noncommercial Items, regardless of whether or not the clause is incorporated in this solicitation or contract.   • Proprietary product means a manufactured component or other product that is produced by a private person. It may be protected by patent, trademark or copyright.
