Proprietary Activities definition
Proprietary Activities means dealings in Securities undertaken by CIMB for its own benefit;
Proprietary Activities means dealings in CFDs undertaken by CGS-CIMB or its Affiliates for its own benefit;
Proprietary Activities means dealings in Bullion CFD or undertaken by SRDFS or its Affiliates as principals; “Services” means any services provided by SRDFS pursuant to these Conditions;
