Proposition A definition

Proposition A means Ordinance No. 16 of the Commission adopted on August 20, 1980, and approved by the voters on November 4, 1080 [MTA Administrative Code, Chapter 3-05].
Proposition A has the meaning given such term in the recitals of this Master Trust Agreement.
