Proposer Team definition

Proposer Team means the entities and individuals that are named as part of the Proposer's Proposal, including the Proposer's Equity Members, Major Non-Equity Members, and Key Personnel. A reference to a "Proposer Team Member" is a reference to each of the entities and individuals comprising the Proposer Team.
Proposer Team means the Proposer, Equity Providers, and Key Individuals. “Proposal Form” means the form attached as Exhibit C to this RFP.
Proposer Team means the entities and individuals that are named as part of the Proposer’s PDA Proposal, including the Proposer’s Major Team Members and Key Personnel. A reference to a “Proposer Team Member” is a reference to each of the entities and individuals comprising the Proposer Team.

  • Further, a violation of this section by a Proposer Team may subject said Proposer to potential debarment from performing future work from the City for a period of time, such time period to be determined by the City.

  • The State's Project Advisors are not eligible to assist or participate on the Proposer Team.

  • Attendance by lobbyists, journalists and any other third parties that are not members of the Proposer Team are prohibited from attending or participating in any CDM.

  • DEFINITIONS AND ACRONYMS 1.1. Definitions of Required Proposer Team Members The following terms describe the members of the Proposer’s team that are required to be named in the QS: Equity Member – A member of the Proposer team that is: (a) if the Proposer is a joint venture, a member of the joint venture; (b) if the Proposer is or will be a limited liability entity, an equity owner of the Proposer; or (c) if the Proposer is a corporation or other entity, the Proposer.

  • IEP Team means a group of individuals described in Wis. Stat. § 115.78 that is responsible for evaluating the child to determine the child’s eligibility or continued eligibility for special education and related services and the educational needs of the child; developing, reviewing, or revising an IEP for the child; and determining the special education placement for the child.

  • Project Team means Owner, Contractor, A/E and consultants, any separate Contractors employed by Owner, and others employed for the purpose of programming, design, and construction of the Project. The members of the Project Team will be designated in writing by Owner and may be modified from time to time in writing by Owner.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Games Team means the New Zealand Team at the Games selected in accordance with the NZOC Selection Policy for the Games.

  • Treatment team means the group of individuals who formulate, assess, monitor and revise, as needed, the child's service plan. The treatment team shall include, but is not limited to:

  • Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.

  • JRC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1.

  • JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Design Team means Architect and its Subconsultants as set forth in the Design Services Agreement.

  • Team Leader means an employee who is in a set or team and who is generally responsible for the work executed by the employees comprising such set or team;

  • JDC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.

  • JCC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • JPC means Joint Planning Committee.

  • Summary Subcontract Report (SSR) Coordinator, as used in this clause, means the individual at the department or agency level who is registered in eSRS and is responsible for acknowledging or rejecting SSRs in eSRS for the department or agency.

  • Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:

  • Senior Management Team means (a) each Authorized Officer, the chief executive officer, secretary and (b) any chief executive officer, president, vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer or secretary of any Subsidiary Guarantor.

  • JMC has the meaning given in Section 4.13;

  • independent review committee means the independent review committee of the investment fund established under National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds;

  • Review Committee or “Committee” means a committee established pursuant to rule Chapter 67-60, F.A.C.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Integration Proponent means in relation to an Integration Agreement, "the Company" or "the Joint Venturers" as the case may be as defined in, and for the purpose of, that Integration Agreement; "iron ore" includes, without limitation, beneficiated ore; "laws relating to native title" means laws applicable from time to time in the said State in respect of native title and includes the Native Xxxxx Xxx 0000 (Commonwealth);

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Multidisciplinary team means a membership of individuals who possess knowledge and skills related to the diagnosis, assessment, and disposition of dependent adult abuse cases and who are professionals practicing in the disciplines of medicine, public health, social work, law, law enforcement and other disciplines relative to dependent adults. Members of the team shall include, but are not limited to, persons representing the area agencies on aging, county attorneys, health care providers, and others involved in advocating or providing services for dependent adults.

  • Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.
