Proposed Technology definition

Proposed Technology means the proven technology proposed to be used by the Concessionaire to develop the Project at the time of bidding for the Project and as specified in Designs and Drawings and as approved by the Technical Committee;
Proposed Technology means the proven technology(ies) proposed to be used by the Concessionaire to develop the Kolkata STPs, as specified by the Concessionaire in its Designs and Drawings. The proposed technology for each of the Kolkata STPs must be the same as the technology adopted for at least one of the STP(s) for which the Selected Bidder claimed technical experience in its Bid.

More Definitions of Proposed Technology

Proposed Technology means the technology (excluding composting) proposed by the Applicant for implementing the Project and as provided by the Bidder in Letter comprising the Application for Pre-Qualification in Sr. No.1. Where the Applicant is eligible for award of 2 (two) Packages, it may propose same or two different technologies for different Packages under the Project.
Proposed Technology means the proven technology(ies) proposed to be used by the Concessionaire to develop the Digha and Kankarbagh STPs, as specified by the Concessionaire in its Designs and Drawings. The proposed technology for each STP must meet the Qualification Criteria set out in Clause 4 of this RFP Qualifying Change in Law means any Change in Law, which: (a) is directly applicable to the Project; (b) impacts the Cost or time for undertaking the Project; and (c) which was not reasonably foreseeable by the Concessionaire as on the Bid Due Date.
Proposed Technology means the proven technology(ies) proposed to be used by the Concessionaire to develop the Mirzapur STP, as specified by the Concessionaire in its Designs and Drawings. The proposed technology for the Mirzapur Facilities must be the same as the technology adopted for at least one of the STP(s) on the basis of which the Selected Bidder was technically qualified for award of the Project, as specified in the LOA issued to the Selected Bidder.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Patents and Licensed Know-How.

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents and the Licensor Know-How.

  • Third Party Technology means any Patents, Information, inventions, or other intellectual property owned or controlled by a Third Party but not Controlled by a Party or its Affiliates.
