Proposed Specification definition

Proposed Specification means a Specification that is in the Proposed Document stage as contemplated by the Policies and Procedures.
Proposed Specification means a draft Specification (or any additions or modifications to an Adopted Specification) that is approved by a Working Group and recommended for adoption as specified by the Articles and/or the OCA Policies and Procedures.
Proposed Specification means specification that has been submitted by a Contributor for approval by OCP.

Examples of Proposed Specification in a sentence

  • If a Proposed Specification is not approved by the Board of Directors, then it is returned to the proposing Working Group with comments for resolution within the proposing Working Group.

  • When a Working Group agrees that a Proposed Specification is ready for final approval, it may request the Board of Directors to approve the Proposed Specification as a final deliverable or Adopted Specification in accordance with the Association's IPR Policy.

  • For Proposed Specification Changes that are not Required and have been requested by Avigen, Avigen shall indicate in writing whether it continues to wish to implement such Proposed Specification Change.

  • Neither Party shall have any obligation to implement any Proposed Specification Changes unless such Proposed Specification Changes are Required or the Parties (via their participation in the Development Teams) have agreed in writing nonetheless to implement such Proposed Specification Changes (each, an "Implemented Change").

  • The Parties shall make each Proposed Specification Change that is Required.
