Proposed Release Date definition
Proposed Release Date means a Business Day, as identified in a Release Request provided but revoked by the Borrower in accordance with Section 2.02(b), upon which date the Aggregate Requested Release Amount was to be released to the Borrower, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Proposed Release Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.12 --------------------- hereof. "Regulation D" means Regulation D of the Board of Governors of the ------------ Federal Reserve System, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor regulation thereto.
Proposed Release Date means seven (7) Business Days after any step down in the Minimum Required Amount as set forth in the definition thereof.
