Proposed procedure definition

Proposed procedure means a proposal by a quasi-public agency under the provisions of section 1-121 for a new procedure or for a change in, addition to or repeal of an existing procedure.

The schedule and scope of the study is defined in Sections 25.5.9.2.1 and 25.7.1.2 of this Attachment S.

  • Feasibility Study means a comprehensive study of a deposit in which all geological, engineering, operating, economic and other relevant factors are considered in sufficient detail that it could reasonably serve as the basis for a final decision by a financial institution to finance the development of the deposit for mineral production;

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Proposed Transaction is defined in Section 6.2(a).

  • Bid Process means the process of selection of the Successful Bidder through competitive bidding and includes submission of Bids, scrutiny and evaluation of such Bids as set forth in the RFP.
