Proposal Due Date/Time definition

Proposal Due Date/Time means Proposals and Letters of Intent to Propose are due on the date and at the time specified in the schedule. Any Proposal or Letter of Intent to Propose received at any time after the stated date and time (e.g. 3:01p.m.) will be considered late and will not be evaluated.
Proposal Due Date/Time means proposals and Letters of Intent are due (must be received by the WSLCB) on the date and at the time specified in the schedule. Any Proposal or Letter of Intent received at any time after the stated date and time (e.g. 3:01PM) will be considered late and will not be evaluated.
Proposal Due Date/Time means the date and time specified in the RFP Procurement Schedule for submission of Proposals in response to this procurement.

  • Sealed proposals must be received and in the actual possession of the City Procurement Office on or before the exact Proposal Due Date/Time indicated above.
