Proponent Representative definition

Proponent Representative means the entity who completes and executes the declaration in FORM C-1 - Master Submission Form of Schedule C - Prequalification Submission Forms to this RFQ.
Proponent Representative means, for a Proponent, the person who under the RFQ for such Proponent was the “Respondent Representative” (as such term is used in the RFQ), as such person may be changed from time to time by the Proponent by written notice to the Province, and who is fully authorized to represent the Proponent in any and all matters related to this RFP.
Proponent Representative means the business organization (corporation, joint venture, general partner, etc.) responsible for all of the Proponent’s communications with the City in respect of this RFQ, identified as such and which signs the declaration Form A-1 (Master RFQ Submission Form);
