Proponent Project definition

Proponent Project means a Proponent's project for the processing and exporting of LNG within and from the LNG Precinct carried out pursuant to and in accordance with the Project Rights and includes:
Proponent Project means the Foundation Proponent Project or an Additional Proponent Project as the case may be.

Examples of Proponent Project in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, each Proponent will operate and maintain facilities associated with their Proponent Project to the standard of good and prudent LNG practice for operation and maintenance of such facilities.

  • The Management Schedules will not provide any right for a Party to prevent or stop the development or operations of a Proponent Project or the LNG Precinct.

  • UNDP’s performance of preparatory activities on behalf of the Host Country will be governed by this MoU, and Memorandum of Understanding which will be entered into between UNDP and the Project Proponent ("Project Proponent MOU").

  • If a Dispute arises then a party may give notice to each other party requesting that the Dispute be referred for resolution by negotiation between the Chief Executive Officers (or equivalent) of the Project Proponent, Project Co and NewCo (Representatives).
