PROPONENT GROUP definition
PROPONENT GROUP is defined in Section 5.11(a).
PROPONENT GROUP means, in relation to an initiative vote, a proponent group for the vote within the meaning of section 62 (3);
PROPONENT GROUP means the core group of community members leading the effort to establish the BID.
