Propex Restructuring Costs definition
Propex Restructuring Costs means employee severance and costs related to site closure or relocation or relocation of assets in connection with the restructuring of the operations of the Company and its Subsidiaries (other than the SI Companies) in an aggregate amount not to exceed $8,400,000. “Propex Seller” means BP Amoco Chemical Holding Company, a Delaware corporation.
