Property Value Increase definition

Property Value Increase means, for any Property in which Seller owns greater than the interest set forth on Exhibit A, an amount equal to the difference between the Allocated Value of the Property stated in Exhibit A and the proportionately increased value of such Property with the correct adjusted interests, determined as set forth in Section 6.4.
