Property SPV means the limited liability company in relation to each Property with the details set out in Schedule 5;

The Seller reserves the right, at any time, to request such additional information as is necessary to verify the identity of the Buyer and to effect the purchase of a Property by the relevant Property SPV.
Completion for each Property SPV shall take place at the relevant time on a standalone basis.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Buy-Back Right shall be applicable each Property SPV individually if this Agreement applies to more than one Property.
The Buyer hereby represents and warrants to the Seller that each representation and warranty contained in Schedule 1 is, in respect of each Property SPV, true, accurate and not misleading on the date of this Agreement and on the date that Completion for the relevant Equity Shares takes place.
