Property Specification definition

Property Specification means the plans, specifications, drawings and other data in respect of that part of the Property to be carried out on the Property and as set out in Schedule B including any variations or amendments that may be made in accordance with this Agreement.

Property Specification means the specification in respect of the Property as a 24 squared metre 4* spec equivalent. Rectification Period means the period of 12 months after the Practical Completion Date. Requisite Consents means planning permissions, building regulation approvals, by-law approvals and any other consents, licences and authorisations required from any competent authority, statutory undertaker or person for carrying out the Landlord's Works.
