Property Security definition

Property Security means the transfer for security purposes of the Mortgage Notes of the Property entered into or to be entered into by the Borrower in favour of the Security Agent in agreed form.
Property Security means any Mortgage, Pre-Notation or other form of security over Property or real estate assets of an Obligor;
Property Security has the meaning given to it in Condition 4 (Security);
