Property Section definition

Property Section means any of the nine (9) sections that make up the Property.

  • The following Sections will survive expiration or termination of the Agreement: Section 4 (Intellectual Property), Section 5 (Confidentiality), Section 8 (Disclaimer), Section 9 (Indemnification), Section 10 (Liability), Section 11.4 (Effects of Termination), Section 12 (Miscellaneous), Section 13 (Definitions), and any additional sections specified in the applicable Services Schedule.

  • Any termination or expiration of Agreement will not affect the rights and obligations set forth in the following provisions of Agreement: Section 2 (Deliverables), Section 3 (Material), Section 4 (Intellectual Property), Section 6 (Indemnification), Section 8 (RIC Standard Terms).

  • Only this Section and Section 1 (Definitions), Sections 4 through 6 (Fees; Confidential Information; Intellectual Property), Section 7(c) (Disclaimer of Warranties), and Sections 8, 9 and 12 (Indemnification; Limitations of Liability; Miscellaneous) will survive any termination or expiration of the Agreement.

  • The provisions of Section 9 (Confidentiality), Section 10 (Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Covenants), Section 11 (Remedies for Breach), Section 12 (Intellectual Property), Section 13 (Indemnity; Other Protections), Section 14 (Regulatory Conditions) and Section 15 (General Provisions) shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason.

  • The Executive acknowledges and reaffirms his ongoing obligations to comply with the Proprietary Information (Section 5), Intellectual Property (Section 6), and Restrictive Covenants (Section 7) provisions in the Employment Agreement, which remain in full force and effect.
