Property Schedules definition

Property Schedules means any one or combination of the following, as reasonably determined by Administrative Agent: property operating statements, rent rolls, leasing status reports (including tenants’ names, occupied tenant space, lease terms, rents, vacant space and proposed rents), sales reports, inventory reports, capital and operating budgets.
Property Schedules means the Schedules of Proved Developed Interests, Proved Undeveloped Interests and Unproved Interests attached hereto as Schedule 12.4(i).
Property Schedules means the schedules containing short particulars of the Properties set out in documents 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 of the Data Room Index;

Examples of Property Schedules in a sentence

  • This Agreement and the Property Schedules hereunder may be simultaneously executed in several counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which shall constitute but one and the same instrument.

  • This Agreement may be amended in writing by Lessor and Lessee to the extent the amendment or modification does not apply to outstanding Property Schedules at the time of such amendment or modification.

  • The Lease Payments payable by Lessee under this Agreement and the Property Schedules hereunder have been established to reflect the savings resulting from this exemption from taxation.

  • Lessee intends to continue all Property Schedules entered into pursuant to this Agreement and to pay the Rental Payments thereunder.

  • Lessee reasonably believes that legally available funds in an amount sufficient to make all Rental Payments during the term of all Property Schedules can be obtained.

Property Schedules means any one or combination of the following, as reasonably determined by Lender based on (x) the Property type and (y) whether completion of the construction of the Improvements has occurred: property operating statements, rent rolls, leasing status reports (including tenants’ names, occupied tenant space, lease terms, rents, vacant space and proposed rents), sales reports, inventory reports, capital and operating budgets. Before completion of the construction of the Improvements, a capital and operating budget for the Property for its first fiscal year (or portion thereof) of operations, in form and detail satisfactory to Lender.
