Property Record definition

Property Record means the information contained in CPIX describing a specific property irrespective of its availability for sale and /or lease.
Property Record means the information contained in MassCIE describing a specific property irrespective of its availability for sale and /or lease.

  • If this Contract expires, is complete, or is terminated, SELLER shall not be relieved of those obligations contained in the following clauses: Applicable Laws, Counterfeit Work, Export Control, Disputes, Electronic Contracting, Indemnity, Insurance, Language, Confidentiality, Intellectual Property, Release of Information, Warranty/Counterfeit Goods, Entry on Areté Property, Record Retention.

  • Except as expressly permitted herein or as approved by Lender in writing, Borrower shall not, nor permit Mortgage Borrower to, (i) enter into, create, or permit any Property or any part thereof to become subject to, any Property Record Agreement, other than a Permitted Encumbrance, or (ii) amend, supplement, cancel, modify or terminate any Property Record Agreement that is a Permitted Encumbrance.

  • The Company provided the Continuing Property Record for the meter showing the account number location, date of installation, number identifier and cost, along with the work order showing the two employees at one hour each, the actual work performed and timesheets with the hours worked.
