The Landlord lets to the Tenant the Property/Premises for a fixed one year period.
The Tenant may give the Landlord at least 2 months’ written notice not to expire any earlier than the end of the first twelve months of the Tenancy or thereafter, of his intention to leave the Property/Premises by serving written notice upon the Landlord in accordance with clause 39.
GRANTEE(S) expressly agrees that the restrictions and reservations described herein or attached to the Deed shall be inserted in full in all future deeds of all or part of the Property/Premises.
For convenience such instrument may run to "the owner or owners and parties interested" in the Property/Premises.

The obligations and burdens set forth in the foregoing restrictions and reservations shall be enforceable by the COUNTY against GRANTEE(S) and any future owner(s) of the Property/Premises or any part thereof or interest therein, including, but not limited to, any lessee, licensee or tenant of the Property/Premises or any part thereof.
GRANTEE(S) acknowledges that the restrictions, easements and reservations contained herein shall be binding on itself, its legal representatives, assigns and any subsequent owner of all or part of any interest in the Property/Premises, and shall attach to and run with the Property/Premises.
The Landlord lets to the Tenant the Property/Premises for a period of one year subject to earlier termination as set out in this Agreement.
That the Allottee, if resident outside India, shall solely be responsible for complying with the necessary formalities as laid down in Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and other applicable laws including those relating to remittance of and payment for acquisition of the immovable property in India.
Said abutment shall be continuous such that no non-County landowners or other non-County land interests (including but not limited to easements, licenses, etc.), other than those reflected on Exhibit “D” (as they may be modified or amended to correspond with any realignment or redesign of the Primary Access Road), shall exist between the Subleased Property/Premises and either the Primary Access Road or the Secondary Access Road as the case may be.
