PROPERTY LICENCE definition

PROPERTY LICENCE means a licence to be granted to the Company by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇ ▇. Holmes in respect of the property known as ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street, Nottingham, a copy of which is set out in Schedule 5.
PROPERTY LICENCE has the meaning given in Clause 7.1.1 (Right to Occupy Sites);

PROPERTY LICENCE means the property licence in the agreed form to be entered into between (1) the Seller and (2) the Target immediately after Completion.

Related to PROPERTY LICENCE

  • Intellectual Property License means any license, sublicense, right, covenant, non-assertion, permission, immunity, consent, release or waiver under or with respect to any Intellectual Property Rights or Technology.

  • Intellectual Property Licenses means all licenses, sublicenses and other agreements by or through which other Persons, including Seller’s Affiliates, grant Seller exclusive or non-exclusive rights or interests in or to any Intellectual Property that is used in or necessary for the conduct of the Business as currently conducted.

  • Intellectual Property License Agreement means the Intellectual Property License Agreement to be executed by the parties thereto on the Closing Date, in the form of Exhibit F.

  • Third Party License means licenses from third parties governing third party software embedded or used in the Trading Platform.

  • Third Party Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.
