Property line means the division line between two units of land.
Personal Property Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(e).
Real Property Leases means all leases, sub-leases, licenses or other agreements, in each case, pursuant to which any Group Company leases or sub-leases any real property.
Assets and Properties of any Person means all assets and properties of every kind, nature, character and description (whether real, personal or mixed, whether tangible or intangible, and wherever situated), including the goodwill related thereto, operated, owned or leased by such Person.
Property EBITDA means for any property owned by Ventas, Inc. or any of its Subsidiaries as of the date of determination, for any period of time, the net income (loss) derived from such property for such period, before deductions for (without duplication):
