Each of the Class members who did not pay some or all of their Property Inspection Fees charged by Freedom will have their amount of Settlement Benefits, proportional to the amount of Property Inspection Fees charged by Freedom which were not waived or refunded by Freedom, paid into their mortgage account as a credit against any Property Inspection Fees which are still owed by the borrower.
