Property Fee definition

Property Fee or "Property Fees" means any and all amounts assessed and collected by the County and remitted to the Issuer (or to U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, for and on behalf of the Issuer) on property located in the Urban Renewal Area pursuant to the Property Fee Agreement.
Property Fee means the management fee for the leased house and the air-conditioning (if any) supply fee and other public facilities and equipment usage fees during the normal working hours of the public parts leased by Party B and the commercial plaza. The sum of the water and electricity charges in the common part of the commercial plaza.
