Property Facilities definition

Property Facilities means (i) the Land; (ii) the Improvements; (iii) the Property Related Facilities; (iv) any related land, buildings and improvements which in the future may be owned or leased by Owner; and (v) all entrances, exits, rights of ingress and egress, licenses and easements related to any of (i) through (iv) above.
Property Facilities means the Boulder Property Facilities, the Palace Property Facilities, the Red Rock Property Facilities and the Sunset Property Facilities.
Property Facilities is defined in Section 5.4.

Examples of Property Facilities in a sentence

  • The renewable energy certificates or credits, green tags, emission credits, carbon offsets and any other environmental attribute currently available or available at any time in the future related to each Property, Facilities or Project, as well as all tax credits, including, without limitation, production tax credits and investment tax credits.

  • Neither the Borrowers nor any of their Subsidiaries nor any of their respective Real Property Facilities or operations are subject to any outstanding written order, consent decree or settlement agreement with any Person relating to any Environmental Law, any Environmental Claim or any Hazardous Materials Activity that, individually or in the aggregate, would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Related to Property Facilities

  • City Facilities means City or publicly-owned structures or equipment located within the right of way or public easement used for governmental purposes.

  • Utility facility or “facility” means any physical component of a system, including but not limited to the poles, pipes, mains, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, transmitters, plant, equipment and other facilities, located within, under or above the rights of way, any portion of which is used or designed to be used to deliver, transmit or otherwise provide utility service.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Community facilities means a specific work, or improvement within this state or a specific item of equipment or tangible personal property owned or operated by any political subdivision or nonprofit corporation and used within this state to provide any essential service to the general public;

  • Wastewater Facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.
