Property Disposition Fee definition

Property Disposition Fee means the fees payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 10(c).
Property Disposition Fee means a real estate disposition fee, payable (under certain conditions) to the Advisor and its Affiliates upon the sale of the Company's Property as described in Section 9(e).
Property Disposition Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(iv).
