Property Development Scheme definition

Property Development Scheme means the Property Development Scheme prescribed under the repealed Investment Promotion Act and deemed to be prescribed under this Act;
Property Development Scheme means the Property Development Scheme prescribed under the Economic Development Board Act;
Property Development Scheme means the Property Development Scheme prescribed under the Investment Promotion Act;

Related to Property Development Scheme

  • municipal spatial development framework means a municipal spatial development framework adopted by the Municipality in terms of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Systems Act;

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 32.1.1 (Authority Remedies);

  • Existing development means development, other than that associated with agricultural or forest management activities, that meets one of the following criteria:

  • Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.
