Property Concession definition
Property Concession has the meaning set forth in Recital I of this Agreement.
Property Concession means the concession currently held by the Company to use and exploit certain real estate properties and their respective fixtures, located in Iztapalapa, in Mexico City, and in Hermosilla, Sonora, where the Company’s satellite control centers are located.
Examples of Property Concession in a sentence
In the event that the Required Governmental Approval is not granted or is denied, despite the Mortgagor’s best efforts, such event shall not invalidate or render unenforceable any other provision of this Mortgage, including, without limitation, the first priority mortgage granted herein over the Mortgaged Assets excluding, in such event, only the Property Concession.
There is no standard form of appointment agreements in the Intellectual Property Concession Agreement, so each of them must be carefully formulated and signed by the staff member or developer in order for it to be binding.
