Property Completion Date definition

Property Completion Date means the later of:
Property Completion Date means, to the extent that the Property is not already

Examples of Property Completion Date in a sentence

  • The deadline for completion of the Services for each Property ("Completion Date") shall be communicated by BUILDER to SUBCONTRACTOR at the time the Notice is provided to the SUBCONTRACTOR.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if the Differential Sum is not settled within 7 days from the date of the Enforcement Notice in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4.9(b) above, the Security Property Completion Date shall be extended accordingly by the same number of days in delay on the part of JBB Builders in settling the Differential Sum.

  • If a Construction Property has not reached Completion by the Construction Property Completion Date, then Tenant shall, on or before the Construction Property Purchase Date, purchase the Construction Property from Landlord, and Landlord shall sell such Construction Property to Tenant, in accordance with the procedures set forth on Schedule 1.4(b).
