Property Classification definition

Property Classification means the identification of a property or a portion of a property according to its use. The various Property Classifications are set out in Ontario Regulation 282/98 under the Assessment Act, as amended.

Property Classification or “Classification” means a classification of property for assessment purposes according to applicable statutory criteria, including those in ch. 193, Part II, F.S., and an assessment of the property at its classified use value.

Examples of Property Classification in a sentence

  • The Service shall be delivered in line with Appendix H - Property Classification.
