Property Channel means those distribution channels, including Third-Party Channels, through which Property makes its rooms available, including any web site operated by Property or by another entity on Property’s behalf.

Property Channel means those distribution channels, through which Resort makes its villas available, including any web site operated by Resort. Company is provided the Net Rates for the company specified in this Agreement. Net Rates may be extended to an affiliated or unaffiliated third party, such as a sub-wholesaler or niche TO. The Resort sells villas at a variable villa rate which fluctuates based on various market factors. Net Rate must remain confidential and not revealed to consumers or end-users. Net Rate is fixed per Season and will not change with prevailing daily variable villa rate. 2018 Margins High Season: Jan 5 - Feb 16 Feb 24-March 23 Prime Season: Feb 17-23 Mar 24 - Apr 6 Shoulder/Low Season: April 7-December 18 Villas 25% 25% 25%  Above margins are reflected in net rates outlined in Appendix B.  Additional 10% VAT, 2% Tourism Levy, 12% Resort Service Charge & $27 Coastal Protection Levy per villa per night applies. No Resort fee.  Extra Adult charge is $80 per night (net) for guest rooms and suites only. No additional adult charge for villas.  All dates are inclusive of stay  Published, corporate and net wholesale rates are subject to change. Worldwide Dream will ensure that all guest bookings – particularly for villa Only bookings – are confirmed to the guest at rates equal to the Published rate.  Rates and conditions will be valid only if Four Seasons Resort Nevis is featured in your official program/portfolio.  Rates are inclusive of:  Complimentary non-motorized watersports  Complimentary Resort activities and tours  Complimentary Kids for All Seasons program for kids 3 – 9 years old  Complimentary basic wireless internet  Kids 18 and under stay free in parents’ villa when using existing bedding  Complimentary washer and dryer in each guest cottage for guest use
