Properly invoiced cost definition

Properly invoiced cost means the amount due in accordance with the Consultant’s contract with the provider for the services or resources provided, excluding any cost (i) that was only incurred because the Consultant did not follow a procurement procedure or acceptance procedure stated in the Scope of this contract or did not give an early warning which this contract required him to give, (ii) for correcting defects, except those for which the Consultant is not liable under this contract ,(iii) for time not properly spent on work in this contract ,(iv) for the preparation for and conduct of an adjudication or proceedings of the tribunal. 3. Staff rates,, quotation values, rates for expenses, and the amount for expenses in table 2 shall be at open market or competitively tendered prices with deductions for all discounts, rebates and taxes that can be recovered 1. The Staff Schedule below is to be completed in accordance with the Scope, Conditions of Contract and Contract Data including the details and requirements in the Pricing Tables including the Preamble. 2. The following details for each person proposed to be used on the services shall be entered: • For all services: identify the person’s name, Designation (e.g. Key Professional (A)) and Service Discipline (e.g. Civil Engineering Services).
