Promotional Commitment definition

Promotional Commitment means the amount to be spent by LICENSEE on advertising and promotion (e.g., co-op advertising, trade show exhibits, product brochures, signage, and magazine, newspaper, television, internet, radio advertising) of the Licensed Products in each Contract Year.
Promotional Commitment. Licensee commits to spend a minimum of *REDACTED* dollars ($*REDACTED*) on television advertising to promote the Licensed Products during the Term. Licensor shall have the right to audit Licensee's books and records under the terms and conditions of Paragraph 6 herein in order to verify compliance with Licensee's obligations hereunder." Please show your concurrence with the above by signing all three (3) copies of this document and returning them to this office. Upon final execution, one copy will be sent to you for your files. This letter shall have no legal effect unless and until signed by all parties noted below.

Examples of Promotional Commitment in a sentence

  • Monies spent by Licensee for Trade Fairs (as defined below) shall not be taken into account to determine the Promotional Commitment.

  • Licensor will place no unreasonable burden on Licensee in regards to Promotional Commitment.

  • With respect to the remainder of Topps' Annual Promotional Commitment for the years 2006 and 2007, up to [INFORMATION SUBJECT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT] per year may be spent by MLBPA on cooperative category marketing programs in support of initiatives designed to attract new users to the category, including, by way of example only: expansion of the MLBPA's Boy Scout initiative; retail promotions and programs; and sampling programs.
