Promotion Services definition

Promotion Services means the services provided by the SATC to the Provider under this Agreement in support of the Campaign and which may include but are not limited to promotion of the Provider as an SATC registered provider under the Campaign.
Promotion Services means the services undertaken by Publisher as more particularly described in the Booking Form to promote the Sponsored Content and the provision of Registrant Data to Customer;
Promotion Services means the promotion of the Client and its products and services by way of sponsorship and/or advertising in accordance with the Authority to Promote;

  • HCA shall reimburse the Contractor only for actual incurred and allowable costs for the services identified in this Contract and in accordance with the Substance Use Disorder Prevention and Mental Health Promotion Services Billing Guide.

  • TCL Financial Services Associates and the relevant member of the Group may enter into specific agreements in respect of any Promotion Services to be provided and Promotion Fee to be received with a view to setting out the detailed terms of the transactions, as long as such terms comply with the requirements of the Listing Rules and the Master Financial Services (2017 Renewal) Agreement.


More Definitions of Promotion Services

Promotion Services means the services specified in the Tour Down Under Associated Events Application and which are to be provided by SATC to the Business subject to the terms of this Agreement. Such services may include but are not limited to event promotion and events-related administration services with respect to the Associated Event.
Promotion Services means any and all customer engagement and market access activities with respect to the Product in the Territory, as set forth in the Promotion Plan or otherwise mutually agreed upon by the Parties in writing, in each case, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Promotion Services means the services specified in the Tasting Australia Associated Events Application and which are to be provided by SATC to the Business subject to the terms of this Agreement. Related to Promotion Services

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Implementation Services means the supply, configuration and programming of Customer Equipment and/or Services and training where set out in an Order.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.
