Promotion Schedule definition

Promotion Schedule means a written term sheet signed by an authorized representative of each party pertaining to a promotion or special marketing event entered into by both parties and describing the obligations of each party with regard to such promotion or special marketing event.

  • The amount of the Upfront Service Payment (if any) for each SaaS Application is set out in each SaaS Service Promotion Schedule.

  • During the cooperation period of the Agreement, if Party B cancels an effective order and Data Promotion Schedule, Party B shall notify Party A in writing 30 days in advance and obtain written confirmation from Party A; if Party B fails to cancel according to the aforesaid agreement, it shall be deemed as Party B’s breach of contract (if Party B should pay the data promotion fees before data promotion but fails to pay it, it shall be deemed as Party B’s breach of contract to cancel the order).

  • The parties’ obligations for each Promotion will include the following, but may be expanded upon in an applicable Promotion Schedule.

  • Failure to respond within such [****] period shall be deemed an approval; and (iii) the parties shall comply with all other obligations set forth in the Promotion Schedule.

  • It is agreed that the duration of the promos and video roll ins set forth on the Promotion Schedule will be approximately ten (10) seconds in length (e.g. between 8-12 seconds).
