Promoter Fee definition
Promoter Fee means the fee which may be payable to the Promoter, if any, as may be specified in the Offering Supplement of a Sub-Fund;
Promoter Fee means the success fee to be paid out of the proceeds of the Loan (as said fee is determined in accordance with a formula set forth in the Operational Manual) to an Eligible Deal-Flow Facility for obtaining the relevant financing for potential investments resulting from developing a technological idea with commercial potential.
Promoter Fee means the fee of 0.25% per annum of the NAV of the Fund attributable to the Class T Units, calculated daily and payable quarterly until August 21, 2025, and 1.25% per annum of the NAV of the Fund attributable to the Class A Units, calculated daily and payable quarterly, plus applicable taxes, payable by the Fund to the Promoter;
