PROMISSARY NOTE definition

PROMISSARY NOTE means the note, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto, delivered by ROA to the Agent to evidence an Acquisition Term Loan pursuant to, and repayable in accordance with, the provisions of Section 4 of this Financing Agreement.
