The Borrower shall ensure that MOH, MEPD, CERSS, NHI and PROMESE/CAL operate during the implementation of the Project in accordance with the Inter- Institutional Agreement dated July 30, 2009, with a view to ensuring the accelerated implementation of Health Sector Reform Laws and the introduction of mechanisms for improved results-based financing and accountability.
