Prolonged Suspension definition

Prolonged Suspension means an Acquisition Related Suspension which has continued for at least 120 consecutive Trading Days (the date falling after the last Trading Day of such 120 consecutive Trading Day period being the "Prolonged Suspension Start Date").

Examples of Prolonged Suspension in a sentence

  • If and to the extent that the cause is notified and is the responsibility of the Contractor, sub-clauses 8.9 [Consequences of Suspension], 8.10 [Payment for Plant and Materials in Event of Suspension] and 8.11 [Prolonged Suspension] shall not apply.

Related to Prolonged Suspension

  • Shelf Suspension shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.4.
